As a chief, I am responsible for all procurement and purchasing activities of the
company, as well as insurance and customs procedures.

I review the insurance terms included in project contracts, communicate with relevant brokers and insurance
companies, obtain offers that comply with the contract terms, and follow up on the processes of all construction
insurance types. I also manage all processes; including renewing expired insurance policies, premium payments,
and managing damage claims.

In accordance with Saudi Arabian customs regulations, I manage import and export transactions and monitor all
processes from shipment to delivery, ensuring compliance with the terms (incoterms) specified in purchase
orders. I coordinate with customs agents to ensure the legally compliant passage/clearance of shipments through
customs points and handle necessary procedures through the SABER and FASAH systems; these procedures
include issuing shipment certificates, undertaking, authorizing the customs brokers and preparing monthly
reports. Furthermore, I collaborate with international organizations to obtain quality and conformity certificates
for imported goods such as Intertek and SGS.

I am responsible for managing all procurement processes for goods and services
at our project sites. These processes include obtaining quotes from suppliers, preparing purchase orders,
recording all documents in ERP- Microsoft Dynamics (Axapta) system, tracking the delivery process to the
project site, and preparing weekly and monthly procurement reports. I also expand our supplier network to meet
procurement requirements by finding new suppliers and developing continuous and healthy business
relationships with them. I negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure advantageous terms (Incoterms,
Letter of Credit, Credit Agreement / PO conditions, Insurance, etc.) and manage all operational processes,
including payment and invoicing.

I worked as a supervisor and manager in the Quality Control Unit, Finishing
Operations Department, and Second Quality Department at a Textile/Jeans Complex (Yarn, Weaving, and
Garment Factories) in Turkmenistan. I was responsible for meticulously monitoring the order process from
production to delivery. Preparing ISO quality reports and order tracking reports for exported goods was a
significant part of my duties. I also managed the processes of identifying defective textile products coming off
the production line, reporting these defects, and fixing them as much as possible before releasing the products as
second-quality goods to the domestic market.

I worked as the Country Manager at Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik Company Northern
Cyprus Directorate. I was responsible for managing all directorate activities within the framework of Northern
Cyprus laws. I gained experience in establishing and managing the agency network, sales and marketing
activities and organizations, budget management, training agency personnel, organizing sales campaigns, and
personnel management. I played an active role in many areas; including representing the company at the
Insurance and Reinsurance Companies Association and relevant ministries, advertising and sponsorship
activities, promoting and representing the company in media channels such as radio, television, and newspapers,
and writing articles for industry magazines.

I worked as a chief responsible for the Direct Sales Team, which operated within
the bancassurance activities at T. İş Bankasi branches, under the Southern Anatolia Regional Directorate of
Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik A.Ş. My responsibilities included team planning, branch assignments, recruitment and
interview processes, human resources processes, performance and cost analysis and reports, sales organizations
such as stands and fairs, bancassurance relations with T. İş Bankası, training for newly hired employees,
corporate sales activities, and all other workflow aspects. When I started, the team consisted of only 6 people in
2 cities; by the end of my tenure, I had successfully expanded to approximately 40 people in 20 cities. As of
January 15, 2014, I was appointed as the Country Manager for the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC)
of my company.
