Project: Escravos Export Systems Project (On going)
Client: Chevron Nigeria Limited
The aim of the project is to upgrade the existing PLC5 Programmable Logic Controllers
to ControlLogix PLC which includes the engineering design and commissioning.
Job Responsibilities:
• Hardware and software engineering design which involves Preparation of Bill of
materials required for the project execution.
• Preparation of Input/ Output wiring drawings and Panel Layout development.
• Preparation of Electrical Load Calculation of all the panels to ensure adequate
power requirements and accurate Circuit Breaker ratings.
• Preparation of Heat Load calculation of the panels to ascertain the air flow rate
across the panels and the accessories and selection of the sizeable panel fan.
• HMI graphics development with Wonderware INTOUCH application software.
• PLC logic development with RSLogix 5000 v20 application software
• Preparation of Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test Procedures.

Project: Lekki Power House FGS Project
Client: Chevron Nigeria Limited
The aim of the project is to install new fire detection system (Fire and Gas Control) at
Chevron Lekki office Generator House to minimize the impact of fire incident.
Job Responsibilities:
• Hardware engineering design which involves preparation heat, smoke and gas
detectors instrument datasheets.
• Preparation of Bill of materials required for the project execution.
• Development of the system Architecture and Control Panel layouts.
• Preparation of Input/ Output wiring drawings (loop drawings)
• Preparation of Electrical and Heat Load Calculation to ascertain the power
requirements, Circuit Breaker ratings and Air flow rates across the panel (Fan).

Project: Gbaran EPF to CPF Distributed Control System (DCS) Relocation
Client: Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited
The aim of the project is to monitor the Early Processing Facility (EPF) of Gbaran field
from the Central Processing Facility (CPF). This is achieved by relocating the Operator
and Engineering workstations from EPF to CPF without moving the Process control
Systems and Safety systems panels. Communication is established via fibre optics.
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Bill of materials and Electrical load calculations for the panel
design as well as junction box/ Panel layout development.
• Preparation of Work Method statements which is In-line with Project plan and
Schedules.
• Preparation of Job Hazard Analysis for identification of Possible Hazards to
ensure that Tasks are carried out safely.
• Supervise the installation of pressure transmitters at the inlet manifold and
production separator process lines of the plant.
• Isolation of the 2oo3 voting Pressure transmitters looped to the HIPPS and PCS
such that it will be dedicated for HIPPS (safety Logic solver) system.
• Configuration of the Flex I/O Modules and software mapping of the wired I/Os in
the new F&G mimic panels with RSLogix 5000 Application software.
• Modification of the FactoryTalk View HMI for the newly installed Transmitters.
• Supervise the installation and integration of communication panels
• Supervised the installation of conduit trunks for communication panel power
supply cable as well as the installation of the power supply cable for the panel.
• Carried out site acceptance test by testing the functionality of the installed
transmitters and their PID loops as well as checking the communication integrity
of the installed communication panel and mimic panel both at EPF and CPF
respectively.
