• Presently working as a plant manager of 60 MWp at Akkalkot, Maharashtra also managing 57.6 MWp Kamareddy SPP.
• Presently involved in M&A of different plants which is in takeover process by Torrent. Approx 1500 MWp projects.
• Taking handover of new takeover plants and doing HOTO process as standard. 57.6 MWp Kmareddy, 25 MWp Surel.
• Also involved in Wind turbine selection, wind mast data analysis, etc with other team members in Wind Pro., WASP.
• Helped team in plant generation and technical and non technical analysis, helped in implementing remote monitoring
Of all India Solar and Wind plants.
Achievement :- Due to technical expertise reduced vendor expenses, saved ample amount of cash, given good generation to client after hindrance from grid for limited power delivery by frequency method, rectified client’s tracker system also re-commissioning done and rectification suggestion given for earthing system to save equipment, done analysis of plant and given solution for better generation, company received many contracts due to good name of team work, etc.
• Operation and Maintenance of 25 MWp, 12 MWp, 10 MWp, 2 MWp (Utility Scale) and many roof top projects SOLAR POWER PLANT.

• Tracker - Single axis tracker of Meca Solar / Proinso, Spain

Make daily Generation report, plan and do preventive maintenance and breakdown rectification and report it to head office.
Make monthly report for submission, Billing of generation, etc.
Achievement :- Due to technical expertise reduced vendor expenses, given training to juniors and made independent to complete any job related to DG, handled 5 different states different clients (prestigious govt. and pvt. Co.), received many appreciation from management for reducing operation cost and make more profitability of the region.
My job profile at Business Centre - Operation-In-charge \[ Promoted to - East Zone In-charge \] is :
• Guide in erection, commissioning and testing of DG sets of Kirloskar, Mahindra, Cummins, Volvo Penta, etc, Transformers, HT LT panels, Breakers, cabling, servicing of L&T and Siemens breakers, switchgear, selection of switchgears.
• Guide in periodic maintenance of all equipments, fuel management.
• Making and operating scada program of DG management panel (IGNT Panel), PLC ladder diagram designing of DG control panels, Drawing Scada design for AMF Panel, Synchronizing Panel (IGNT, IGBT, IGBB panels, etc )
• Autocad drawing / designing of site before execution work, Load calculation, etc.
• Root Cause Analysis of breakdown.
• Manage billing of 3.5 crores approx.
• PM (planned maintenance) Pillar Planning.
• Spares Planning for Maintenance.
• Preventive Maintenance Planning.
• Predictive Maintenance activities.

• Surveying & Analysis of Power Distribution System with GPS & Modern Software.
• Designing of SLD of Power Distribution System on AutoCad.
• Monitoring the execution work of erection, testing and commissioning of 33 KV/ 11 KV, 11 KV/0.4 KV Sub-Station.
• Augmentation of sub-station and transformers.
• Metering arrangement in new sub-stations and other related works like erection of distribution HT and LT poles (upto 13 m ) and 200 KVA Transformers.
Achievement :- Problem of land acquisition by meeting with ADM, politicians and land losers. Effectively done job of Plant In Charge and solved many technical and non-technical problems. Increased generation from last year and also prevented accident which may occur in future.

• Shift-wise operation, maintenance and site management for smooth generation to meet the desired production.
• Involved in new unit turbine, generator, panel erection and rectification work of Excitation panel.
• Preventive maintenance of electro-mechanical systems include panels, switchyard, hydro turbines, B.F.V, OPU, EOT crane, D.G, Circuit breakers ( A.C.B, S.F6, V.C.B), Welding machines ( Rectifier type, Transformer type), induction motors, Siprotec Relays, G.E (SR-489) Relay, Isolators, CT, PT, Power Transformer ( 4 MVA & 63 KVA ), HT and LT Panels, AVR repairing and testing, HT and LT motors repairing and maintenance, Servo Drives, Battery bank, Battery charger, alternators, Trouble shooting of Control Circuits and other faults in power plant, PLC (Allen Bradely),
• Maintenance of FORE-BAY, Power Channel, executed civil work like Lining of Power Channel, Grouting of Fore-bay, Sausage wall for Fore-bay area and land slide area, construction work for commissioning new 1.5 MW unit like base plate designing and fabrication.
• Turbine water discharge test, megger test of utilities, earth pit test, carried out maintenance work as per schedule.
• Erection of turbine, generator, panels, cable trench, generator base plate, supervise civil works.
• Meter reading and billing to S.E.B., maintains site account and manpower management.
• Through knowledge of Safety Practices, Labour laws, HR policies and capable of handle critical situations.
• Capable of drawing and reading engineering drawings, single line diagrams and able to use in erection process.
