base. Monitoring and optimizing procurement lead time from PR (Purchase Requisition) to PO (Purchase
Order) and PO to delivery.

Managed procurement of all the installed robotics equipment and spares like ABB, Fanuc, ensuring timely
delivery and cost efficiency.
Handle steam line purchase to M/s Continental carbon and boiler fuel LSHS to HPCL/ BPCL. Using sourcing
strategy, bidding process and vendor selection criteria depending on the nature of category.
Annual Rate Contract (ARC) / Schedule agreement for mechanical & electrical items. (I.e. SICK, Festo, HPCL,
SEW Euro drives etc.)
Identifying the potential vendor using company vendor database / Technical recommendation / Market
analysis Negotiation or Reverse Auction with technically approved vendors and finalized the commercial
terms & conditions.

Responsible for End-to-End Procurement process for Electricals Items, All types of Motors, Coupling Spares
& OEM Spares, Import Items for Operations.
Review of approved PR & SPR from Planner / User Department, seek additional information if required from
End User. Finalization of sourcing strategy, bidding process and vendor selection criteria depending on the
nature of category.
Handle Shipping Documents for Import Purchase Order and to do all documentation process for Opening of
LC & ABG Payment Responsible for suppliers payment on time by interfacing with finance department.
Active participation in New Vendor Development & Vendor Evaluation.
Preparing the Request for Quotation (RFQ) & floating an inquiry / tendering to various suppliers based on
requirement, i.e. OEM/Manufacturer/Trade nature. & Follow-up with vendors for offers.
Identifying the potential vendor using company vendor database / Technical recommendation / Market
analysis Carry out Negotiation or Reverse Auction with technically approved vendors and finalized the
commercial terms & conditions.
Making Quotation Comparation Sheet (QCS) & Note For Approval (NFA) for PO and get to approved as per
Delegation Of Authority (DOA).
Active participation in Digitalization of procurement process (i.e Online Tendering, RFQ Portal, NFA Portal,
Invoice Portal).
Knowledge of overall purchasing process, strategic sourcing, E Procurement system & tools and vendor
management.
