Asset & Document Controller (WIS-SLK Department)
Responsibilities
•Support the functions of FQC's and FSM's on asset management
•Conduct regular location audits for Asset reconciliation.
•Review and Analyze the new Assets expenditures in line with business growth, changes in pricing, transfers, retirements and replacement program
•Actively promote the use of tools provided by the Quality Management system to enhance Asset quality and utilization efficiency
•Assist Operations Management in conducting Service Quality Reviews and support follow up on any action plans to address Asset allocation issues
•Monitor and co-ordinate with Supply Chain Logistic/GOLD for Asset importation, movements, and transfers
•Administer GeoMarket Equipment Planning and is responsible for proper and efficient asset utilization as well as establishing the optimal number of assets required within the GeoMarket.
•Monitor Asset utilization via asset management tools (RITE System ) and advice operations management on the optimal level of resources and their utilization
•Support Supply Chain to develop and implement policy regarding local supplier portfolio
•Monitoring and tracking of all assets maintenance in RITE. System
•Input all new assets that arrive on location in RITE. System
•Ensure compliance of RITE (FIT, TRIM, and QCHECK) for all tool maintenance and review all checklists, and test charts after job complete.
•Review all work orders raised for maintenance before issue to technician and review upon job completions before returning to wellsite supervisors
•Ensure all work orders are close appropriately in RITE systems for all assets.
•Supervise 3rd party NDE inspectors during certification of all assets and records are maintained.
•Implements Equipment Assurance process in the Area.
•Defines and implements Area-specific Asset Management processes: Transfer, Loan and Disposal.
•Assesses and makes recommendation on the correct level of maintenance infrastructure for current and upcoming activities.
•Ensures availability of adequate work space, test equipment and hand tools
•Sets up Maintenance related M&S parameters for the Area.
Ensuring high level of technical support and customer service onshore and offshore within the region and worldwide.
Connecting unit to test equipment, calibrated instrumentation, and setup, based on analysis of test results, verified equipment operating within manufacturer’s parameters.
Providing post-sales technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, testing and maintaining of products and equipment offered by the company.
Troubleshooting, investigating and resolving technical problems that arose during implementation and start-up.
Evaluating and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that meet customer needs and preferences.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints of reported technical problems.
Providing maintenance of equipment’s and measure heads (measuring instrument for wire depth.
Executed and performed modification of equipment within assigned areas of responsibility.
Inspecting units malfunction and damaged products to determine the nature and scope of problem to recommend repair, replacements and perform corrective actions.
Maintaining records and documentations of machinery.
Assembling zone II system on the engines.
Load testing the winch & calibrating comb gauge (Wire tension gauges) On ASEP wire line units.
Trouble shouting the automation products (sm10 sm15)
Preparing a service report & inventory report.
Preparing a quotation of the units and follow up the customers
Preparing a service report of the wire line unit(BOP)
Responsibilities
Finding out new customers with the help of available resources.
Regularly update and maintains customer data base.
Customer mailings and follow-up.
Ensure centers within clusters execute on merchandising standards.
