RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepares arrivals for the day with back up correspondence.
• Performs check in and checkout procedures according to Hotel policy.
• Makes room assignment for groups and individuals.
• Stays up to date on room rates, packages, discounts, promotions and their operational details.
• Has thorough knowledge about how to make and change reservations.
• Ensures information flow between the guests and other departments by assisting them.
• Registration card check with arrival.
• Audit all the rebates, Paid out and Refunds.
• Checking all the P.M. Folios and Lost Interface.
• Daily Banquet Revenue split.
• Credit card reconciliation.
• Audit on F&B Discounts.
• Checking on the Rate variance summary & Complimentary rooms.
• Balance all P.O.S Folios and show Check out on a daily basis.
• Checking all City ledgers Folios on a daily basis.
• Handle the guest complaints.
• Checking all the room rates according to the hotel contract.
• Zero report checked.
• Late detacher report checked.
• No show reports checked.
• Checking general cashier report and posting to the sum.
• Preparing the DRR Report for the Head Office.
• Preparing the Market Share Reports.
• Hotels Market Share worksheet to be update.
• High Balance Report Checked and email to Front Office Manager.
