- Recording Production reports, Fortnight report, plant activities, process parameters by hourly basis.
- To maintain accurate logs, reports responsible for all delivering the ability production as per plan.
- Health, safety & environmental report preparation.
Shut-down and Start-up of the Processing unit, Plant isolations, Preparing maintenance and re-commissioning activities following procedures.
Direct and perform routine maintenance on all equipment & maintain an up to date knowledge of specific contractual requirements relating to the maintenance, inspection and operation of equipment.
Handling Emergency situation and Implementation of Hazard & Safety concepts (FIRE, EXPLOSION, TOXIC RELEASS), Emergency control, Treatment & Shut-down work.
Following standard operating procedures, Handling Shift production and proper organizing manpower in accordance with quality, safety and reliability.
Following PTW Procedures.
Training and Assisting the UAE nationals for development.
Three Phase Separation of oil, gas, and water, To Optimize all phases of production, process control, ABB 800XA automated control systems.
Transfer Line flushing and pigging operation.
New well commissioning.
Monitoring the wellhead completion integrity.
Opening & closing of oil wells.
Increasing & decreasing production from the well.
Preparation of well for maintenance job.
Well testing for reservoir monitoring.
- Involving maintenance and repairs of wellhead, valves and seals testing, chokes and SSV’s servicing and testing.
Remote Degassing Station:
Operation of oil manifold & battery limit valves.
Operation of flow line high integrity trip system (hits).
Operation of three phase test separator.
Emergency shutdown system operation.
Telemetry system operation.
Operating System:
Central degassing station (500k BOPD capacity)
- Worked on DCS (ABB-XA800 System) console for system operating
- Monitoring and control of system.
- Maintaining and controlling the process parameters.
- Crude oil pumping to the terminal through main oil line.
- Hot water system and maintain oil temperature as required.
- Instrument air system to maintain air pressure for operating the systems.
- Wash water system; inject wash water to remove salt.
- Operating utility function.
- Handling of Planned & Unplanned Shut Down Situations.
- Prepare daily reports such as allocation, not available, stand by wells, production loss.
- Instruct & Guide the Panel operator for the process parameters changes after analyzing the daily readings.
