• Reporting to the Warehouse manager of Globus Logistics.
• Responsible of consumable, tools and equipments, shop fittings and I.T products in the Warehouse.
• Handling team of 10+ staff members, responsible for training staff on Inventory control & Emergency plans, Health & Safety.
• Keeping and maintaining accurate records of all the inventory and stock in the Warehouse.
• Responsible for picking, dispatching, cycle count, inspection, quality check of inventory available in the Warehouse.
• Organising the systematic storage of goods.
• Supervising the counting, labelling and tag allocations.
• Responsible for receive the International & local shipment.
• Organize and executes Warehouse monthly & Annual inventory.
• Responsible for assisting the Manager in day-to-day activities in the Warehouse.
• Necessary documents prepared as per instruction of Warehouse Manager.
• Supervision of Warehouse staff; assigns work responsibilities as needed, gives oral and written directions to Warehouse staff.
• Preparation of report on receiving goods according to the International purchase order.
• Preparation of Shortage & Excess report.
• Supervises timely filling and delivery of stores requisitions, coordinate with purchasing department as needed on re-stocking stores supply items.
• Preparing pre- alert report of shortage stock available in the Warehouse.
• Coordinate with Data Entry, I.T, Purchase, Finance and Logistics department.
• Performs other related duties assigned
