Project: FIFA WORLD CUP QATAR2022
Location: Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that overlay requirements set by FIFA and Host Country are implemented into the design and operations of the FWC competition venues, non-competition venues, and Host City overlays.
• Support project needs and assists senior management to monitor the deliverables on schedule by managing deadlines and adjusting workflows.
• Liaise between departments to facilitate communication and keep appropriate parties updated on project developments, scope, progress, and results.
• Site visits with project teams to confirm exiting site conditions.
• Analyze the FIFA requirements and develop the perform the gap analysis of the existing venues and the tournament requirements.
Project: A major Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract with a consolidated contract value of $7.6 billion for the Arctic LNG 2 project. An integrated liquefied natural gas facility with an annual liquefaction capacity of 19.8 million tons.
Location: Gydan peninsula in West Siberia, Russia
Key responsibilities:
• Study and interpret design documents, specifications, and project drawings. Exercise quality control measures and ensure conformance with contract requirements.
• Engage in site layout, cost estimating, construction planning, scheduling, material procurement, quality control, and job site safety. Perform quantity tracking and cost coding for purposes of productivity analysis and accurate job cost forecasting. Initiate progress and final payments with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Provide document control for correspondence, submittals, transmittals, change orders, back charges, RFIs, etc. Prepare daily reports related to crews, progress, and issues. Assist in the preparation of project close-out documents, including manuals and as-built drawings. Work with the superintendent to develop punch lists, distribute to subcontractors, and track progress through to completion.
• Assists the project team by coordinating the efforts of all parties involved in completing the project, such as engineers, inspectors, vendors and subcontractors, and consultants, as well as communicating effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.
Project: Russia's largest oil refinery modernization project is being implemented at Moscow Oil Refinery. The project aims to improve the quality of oil products, increase the depth of oil refining to improve productivity and reduce the environmental impact of the refinery. The overall investment for the project is more than RUB130bn (approximately $3.4bn).

Key responsibilities:
• Work within the contract department team with the scope of supervision of agreements with various stakeholders related to the company’s contracts throughout pre and post-signature stages.
• Liaise with construction, engineering, planning, procurement, and logistics project team members to raise awareness of contract provisions, compliance with contract terms and conditions, the settlement of all contractual disputes, and identify opportunities for avoiding claims.
• Investigate, develop, and monitor outcome claims in accordance with company policies and procedures and with coordination of the legal advisors in litigation.
• Review and comment on the Scopes of Work / Services, and identify contractual gaps, unlimited liabilities, and impossible requirements.
Project: The Yamal liquefied natural gas (Yamal LNG) project includes the development of the SouthTambey (Tambeyskoye) gas field, located near Sabetta in the Yamal peninsula in Russia. The entire project is expected to cost approximately $27bn.

Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for monitoring the progress of large-scale orders of steel structures necessary for the completion of pre-fab oil refinery compounds (about 60 000 tons of steel structure to record and track).
• Informed the engineering team on upcoming revisions of the design, and also clarified questions on technical documentation coming from the vendor.
• Worked closely with various stakeholders on capturing updates on technical specifications and bills of materials passing on the information to the team and also keeping track of versions using internal software EASYPLANT.
• Follow up on the project's progress and draft detailed reports to senior management on a weekly basis.

• In charge of reviewing and update of the design documentation related to construction works (site layouts, technical specifications) ensuring all details from the meeting with engineers and stakeholders have been captured and revised.
• Collecting requirements related to the scope of works and implementing approved design modifications on construction drawings.
• Developed in coordination with the construction team design methodology and workflow process on how new data on the construction plan will be implemented on the design following specific steps.
• Translated the project documentation in English between the construction and engineering project departments, and attended most meetings of different levels in order to ensure that the requirements from both sides are understood.
Project: Olympic and Paralympic Games 2014
Location: Sochi, Russia
Key responsibilities:
• Liaise with a long list of clients (internal/external) to ensure their requirements are properly captured, understood, and accommodated within the constraints of the project.
• Supervised IT infrastructure works for Fisht Olympic Stadium (cabling works and network equipment distribution).
• Ensured all technology equipment is deployed and tested according to requirements (Computers, Telecommunication Equipment & Services, Reprographics).
• Operationally managed the venue technology team assigned to provide support services during games time (telecom and IT partners/contractors) to the venue team as also to a long list of international Media clients and broadcasters.
• Assisted aside from the Olympic Stadium in the production process of the Technology EquipmentAllocation drawings for all the Olympic venues (Competition & Non-Competition) as a member of the technology CAD team.
Project: The Khabarovsk Refinery Hydroprocessing Project consists of a major expansion of the existing Khabarovsk refinery, to increase plant capacity, improve performance and address both Russian and international requirements for the reduction of the sulfur content of kerosene and diesel products. The investment in this project as a whole is initially valued at $800 mln.

Key responsibilities:
• Worked as a member of the design team, initially assigned with the production of concrete and steel structures drawings.
• Prepare technical documentation, as also comments on structural works design related to concrete and steel structures.
• Perform translation of technical documents from English to Russian and vice versa.
• Under management request on optimizing drawings production, evaluated potential changes in the existing design process for all drawings disciplines, proposed updates on CAD standards and methodology to both management and CAD team, and supervised the implementation of the agreed changes on the process throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Prepared and performed presentations in the company’s headquarters (Madrid-Spain) for foreign engineers on Russian construction standards, policies, and procedures in order for the staff to get familiarized with the requirements of the project.

Project: During 2-year period working for this company I participated in construction and putting into operation of 3 medium-storied commercial real estate facilities, as well as in reconstruction of 10000 m2 commercial center with the development of 50 000 m2 surrounding territory landscaping. I also developed and implemented interior design for private restaurant (turn-key project)
