Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that overlay requirements set by FIFA and Host Country are implemented into the design and operations of the FWC competition venues, non-competition venues, and Host City overlays.

• Study and interpret design documents, specifications, and project drawings. Exercise quality control measures and ensure conformance with contract requirements.
• Engage in site layout, cost estimating, construction planning, scheduling, material procurement, quality control, and job site safety. Perform quantity tracking and cost coding for purposes of productivity analysis and accurate job cost forecasting. Initiate progress and final payments with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Provide document control for correspondence, submittals, transmittals, change orders, back charges, RFIs, etc. Prepare daily reports related to crews, progress, and issues. Assist in the preparation of project close-out documents, including manuals and as-built drawings. Work with the superintendent to develop punch lists, distribute to subcontractors, and track progress through to completion.
• Assists the project team by coordinating the efforts of all parties involved in completing the project, such as engineers, inspectors, vendors and subcontractors, and consultants, as well as communicating effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.

• Worked closely with various stakeholders on capturing updates on technical specifications and bills of materials passing on the information to the team and also keeping track of versions using internal software EASYPLANT.
• Follow up on the project's progress and draft detailed reports to senior management on a weekly basis.
