Function/Responsibilities:
1. Prepares and develop SSMP (Site Safety and Management Plan)
2. Prepares and develop CSHP (Construction Safety and Health Plan) as required by DOLE, sub-
section Bureau of Working Condition.
3. Prepares and develop EMP (Environmental Management Plan).
4. Prepares and develop IMP (Interface Management Plan).
5. Prepares and develop STMP (Site Traffic Management Plan).
6. Prepares and develop SACP (Site Access Control Plan).
7. Prepares and develop ERP (Emergency Response Plan).
8. Prepares and develop SPWP (Site Permit Work Procedures)
9. Organize Health and Safety Committee, Fire Brigade & Emergency Response Team.
10. Lead & organize Safety Weekly Walkthrough & Monthly Management Safety (HSE) Inspection.
11. Prepares & Conducts Safety Induction / Orientation Presentation.
12. Prepares Risk Assessment, JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) & Method Statements (MS).
13. Conducts Safety Audits, Campaigns, Fire Drills, Trainings, Inspection & Site Safety Enhancement.
Function/Responsibilities:
1. Implements Qatar Petroleum HSE Policy and monitors compliance. Develop and maintain working
relationship with contractors & sub-cons. Performs HSE inspections at Production Stations, Confined
Space, Vessels, Rig, Wellhead Jackets & pipelines to Audit Physical Conditions and unsafe work
practices & counsel regarding compliance of Off-Shore Safety Regulations and Procedures.
2. Ensure workers are in full body harness when working at height & gas test shall be done at confined
space and vessel entry. Ensures Permit To Work (PTW) is prepared, adhered & approved prior
starting a job. Ensures Tool Box Talk (TBT) is executed before starting any job.
3. Review & ensures Rig life saving equipment, pyrotechnics, signal smoke, breathing apparatus, gas
monitors, fire extinguishers, fire hose & hydrant, etc. are in good functional condition. Act as an HLO
role in offshore.
4. Develop / formulate & establish Accident & Loss Prevention Systems, Controls & Procedures aimed
to eliminate or effectively control environmental & job hazards which are likely to cause physical harm
to plant employees & losses to business properties.
5. Reviews & analyzes personnel injury, property damage & statistical loss data & prepare
recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimize potential hazards.
6. Performs specialized HSE Off-Shore Training Program and Personnel Off-Shore Safety Induction
to communicate hazard control information.
7. Daily review of Permit to Work with the Off-Shore Rig Supervisor.
8. Review Air Quality of BA compressor for breathing air hygienic requirements, review functional
condition / calibration of gas detectors.
9. Attends Rig HSE meetings, TBT & other related courses and safety conferences.
Major Project Involvement (Qatar Petroleum
Function/Responsibilities:
1. Develops Health (Hygiene) Safety & Environmental Management System in relations with Bechtel & Gasco Project's HSE Policies.
2. Reviews and analyzes JHA / JSA / Task Risk Assessment in accordance to ALARP & compels
compliance.
3. Provides Technical Safety Advisory Service for all safety related system of activity.
4. Stays current with all applicable HSE regulations, standards, procedures and guidelines as well
as, all GASCO & BECHTEL HSE programs.
5. Enhances HSE Audits & Awareness by Organizing Presentations and Video Sessions,
Disseminate Information to set a Good Example.
6. Participates in the measurement & evaluation of the effectiveness of any assigned safety
management programs or procedures developed or modified.
7. Collaborates on HSE Trainings i.e. working at height, excavation, lifting activity, etc. & directs
support in the development of specialized education and training materials.
8. Participates in on-shore pre-commissioning / commissioning activities to ensure the design is
to original proposals & equipment safety is adhered.
9. Reviews HSE reports and/or HSE articles of company. Responds to concerns and requests for
information from concerned departments.
Function/Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the daily sales / operations of a store. Making sure the store plans
smoothly / effectively & profitability.
2. Developing store strategies to raise the numbers of customers & then, optimize store
profitability.
3. Meeting sales goals thru Mentoring, Training, Motivating & providing feedback to the
store personnel / staff.
4. Provide excellent service management to ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction.
5. Developing promotional materials to attracts customers.
6. Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries of quality goods.

6. Prepares overall status reports, i.e. priority
systems turnover, turnover status report and
total systems detail punch breakdown.
1. Commission plant mechanical equipment
and ensures optimum equipment
performance and reliability. Work out
Pressured Vessel Permit from DOLE- Bureau of
Working Condition. Ensure workers are in
required Safety Gears while working at
Pressured Vessels.
2. Investigates & analyzes repetitive / major
recurring equipment failures.
3. Ensures availability of the required mechanical
spares. Analyze cost for maintenance.
4. Attends technical meeting regarding equipment
failure & modification.
5. Collaborates w/ eqpt condition, monitoring
personnel & provides specific action plans.
6. Systematize plant maintenance data / Blue
Prints i.e. equipment condition / delays,
maintenance cost & safekeeping of mechanical
drawings & literatures.
Sets up and commission all mill production lines & other support group's facility in ensuring optimum
equipment availability and reliability through:
1. Establishment of maintenance/ technical
standards for plant equipment such as pumps,
compressor & instruments i.e. flow meters &
directional valves.
2. Planning/ management of preventive
maintenance to facilitate mill maintenance
downturn schedules.
3. Management on the continuous monitoring of
plant eqpt. through condition monitoring
diagnostic techniques such as SPM (shock pulse
measurement), vibration test, failure analysis,
lubriquip, etc.
4. Formulation/ development of spare parts list,
taking into consideration the OEM "Original
Equipment Manufacturer's recommendation.
5. Systematic recording of collated data regarding
machinery/ eqpt condition, maintenance cost,
equipment delays and safekeeping of eqpt
drawings and other relevant maintenance
information.
6. Investigates, evaluates and analyzes of major/
recurring equipment failures. Formulates
specific action plans.
7. Formulates and reviews contracts/ bid
documents/ PERT- CPM (Process Evaluation
Review Techniques- Critical Path Method.
1. Plans and supervises mobile equipment
operators / material handling operators of
different nationalities
(i.e. Saudis, Indians, Sri Lankans, Nepalese and
Bangladesh) for the dispatch operations and
material handling of all in-plant by-products (i.e.
Oxide Fines, Slurry, Mill Scales, Pellets and
Shredder Wastes)
and the services of mobile / material handling
equipment requested by the respective
departments.
2. Plans and prepares the Total Productive
Maintenance (TPM) of both light and heavy
mobile & material handling eqpt. to support
continuous dispatch operations and material
handling of all in-plant by-products.
3. Checking the inventory levels & the inflow of the
quantity of materials the section is dealing with
on the basis of previous history/ relevant data to
plan for the sales, dispatch & material handling
prior the terms & conditions are agreed with
outside parties / clients. Verify the space
availability of the material's yards & warehouses.
4.Training of new operators & responsible for
getting the assigned tasks completed within the
time frame using the allotted manpower in
collaboration with another department.
1. Review / performs engineering design, plans
and prepares the maintenance downturn, long
shutdown, weekly planner & mechanical work
installation schedules, including equipment
improvement projects.
2. Revising Engineering Changes with other
activities in the plant. Ensures availability of the
needed plant eqpt spares i.e. pumps, hydraulic /
pneumatic valves, pressure gauges, flow meters
& other facilities.
3. Analyzes tabulated results of equipment /
machinery vibration test and formulates
specific action plans.
4. Conducts investigation & analyzes repetitive
&/or more than one hour equipment failures.
Recommends specific action plans. Assessing
construction / plant modifications activities.
Refer approval to higher mgmt if falling under
plans.
5. Conducts failure analysis/ evaluates dilapidated
materials in corrosive environment.

6. Updates the prev. maint. program of eqpt to be
implemented during opns & also the SOP & SPI
to suit the prevailing conditions.

analysis at a level of ALARP.
5. Takes Part in Safety Audits & Hazard
Assessments i.e., fire / dangerous occurrence.

as, the plans & programs for the next fiscal year
