• Provided technical assistance for various compressor systems, enhancing operational efficiency and reliability.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams at Air Products to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems in a cutting-edge hydrogen production project.

At 230/13.8 kV Hawiyah Gas Compression Project (HWGCP-1, 510):

• Execution of all Pre-Commissioning activities for 230kV GIS, OHTL gantry & Transformers including remote end activities till successful energization.
• Assisting to Vendors for GIS installation, 230kV Cable terminations, Cable plug-ins, Primary Testing on GIS, GIS Bus-bar Hi-Pot, Partial Discharge of GIS (PDIX), Power System Automation (Schneider Electric), 230kV Auto transformers installation.
• Forecasting Two week look ahead activities (2WLA) & communicating with Testing third party for the implementation of 2WLA as per availability of SA_Personnel (POD, Proponent & PID).
• Follow-up with the test reports records with QC and testing team in accordance with the energization tasks & Punches. Tracking of material deficiencies/iNCR with the vendors.

At 230/13.8 kV Haradh Gas Compression Project (HDGCP-1, 520):

• Witnessing of first operation of GIS equipment’s, Frost point testing, CRM.
• Conducting Pre-Commissioning start-up activities.

• Commissioning support during Operation Testing Procedures (OTP) of Saudi Aramco.
• Motor Solo run Test for PGB Pumps, KM & GM motors of both packages.
• PSA’s Complete Site Acceptance Test (SAT) followed by Sustained Performance Test (SPT) for JIGCC Substations (SS#24, SS#127, SS#31, SS#52, SS#77, SS#295) & Refinery Substations (SS#20 & SS#23)
• Ignition systems for heaters

• As a Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning Engineer entail technical, interpersonal and administrative responsibilities.
• Supervised Installation of 230kV Switch-yard, 69kV GIS 18 bays and LCC’s (Including SF6 gas vacuuming), Cable pulling and Terminations, Primary Testing upon installation finish.
• Reviewed 69kV GIS LCC Schematic logic, Interlocks within GIS & 230kV Upstream.
• Coordinated with Testing third party in order to finish Testing of 2X’ ABB 230/69/13.8kV Auto-Transformers, 4X’ SPTC 69/13.8kV Power Transformers, 3X’ 13.8kV Wescosa Switchgears, 18X’ GE 69kV 18 LCC bays, Remote End AIS Installation & Testing Activities of Sub#80, 50 Relay Protection Panels Testing, LV Switchgears, MCC’s, Cables, PSA activities, Testing and Commissioning of Battery Chargers, Assisting to vendors of ABB, GE, SPTC, WESCOSA etc with Successful Energization.
• As Supervisor coordinated for Pre-Commissioning activities of SS-223, SS-224 till Successful Energization and Post-Energization activities
• Motor Solo-run test for 357 Motors(EM-GM-LM) of R90 area at RTR Clean Fuels Project.

Testing includes:
* All Acceptable Tests on Power Transformers/Auto Transformers (upto 380kV-752.5MVA Hyundai, ABB, Siemens, Huosung, Electroputere, Alstom, CG)
* Upto 132kV GIS and upto 33kV Metal-clad Switchgear Scheme checks.
* Station/Auxiliary Transformer (STC, UTEC, ABB & Al-Fanar)
* MV, LV cables testing .
* Shunt, Series Reactors
* Shunt Capacitor Banks
* 33kV, 13.8kV High Voltage Test on Bus-Bar.
* Upto 380kV PT-CT Testing and their Primary and secondary injections
* Primary Injection & Bus-Bar Stability upto 380kV High Impedance and Low Impedance Bus-bar System.


*Device testing comprises of SF6 guage & its contact calibration, GIS LCC Timers, Surge Arrestors, SWGR & GIS MFM's, MCB-MCCB's, CT, VT, Metrosils, Counters, Auxiliary Relays, Hi-pot Test on High Speed Earth Switches, Auxiliary relays.

• Erection HT & LT transmission line & sub-station (33/11kV then 11kV/433V).
• Testing of Distribution Transformers up to 11 kV Class, 33/11 kV (Power Transformers) before installing.
• Preparing work reports and forward it to the higher officials.
• Ensure the implementation of design on the site.
• Supervise the technician’s team, contractors and materials on site. • Perform individual site inspection.
• Prepare performance and operational reports.
