•Team Development and Integration.
•Inventory Management of FMCG in different modes.
•Space utilization.
•To achieve receiving and shipment targets.
•Ensure timely submission of all reports
•Ensure safety and security of man and materials in warehouse Ensures efficient and cost effective operation
•Empowers, Motivates and guides the Warehousing Operations
•Team Reviews regular reports provided by line staff
•Hiring of Carrier / Vehicle for Distribution / Transportation
•Reviews the processes periodically, effects changes and recommends revisions of documented procedures to improve operations.
