Lead Supplier Quality & External Manufacturing Programs & Projects by developing them on Mondelēz Quality Standards (SQE & EMQP’s) in Pakistan & Middle East market.

Evaluate Quality Food Safety Status through Regular Systematic & detailed Gap assessment for Suppliers, IM’s & EM’s. It involves Identifying areas of improvement, following up on progress & proactively assisting in issue resolution to ensure Mondelēz Quality standards are Consistently met.
Performs HACCP Validations, Sanitation Planned Reviews (SPR) for Hub & EM’s Plants in Collaboration of Corporate Food Safety & Sanitation Teams of MENAP.
Perform Supplier (Raw/Pack) FS Risk assessments (SFSA), SQE gap assessment to provide support Supplier Quality/Food safety Teams of MENAP.
Extending Support to MSC on their Journey of IL6S phase by Leading Two SWP’s in QM Pillar (Supplier Quality, Distributor Quality).
Interface of Quality to provide QFS inputs during project development “I2M” Gates (IC to FPA stages) in accolade & govern strong collaboration with site plant QA team on it.
Drive Global Quality KPI “RFT Buy” in Pak & ME through Quality Notifications (QN’s) & its CAPA Compliance.
Lead Commercial Quality Agenda in Pakistan by Developing of 3PL’s/Copackers/Distributor/E-Commerce Warehouses.
Provide Support in Special Situation Management & Early Warning in case of product withdrawals/Recalls.
Conduct & Participates in Corporate Quality Meetings (Supplier Forums, Commercial Quality, MENAP Region & External Manufacturing) by representing from Pakistan.

Regional (EEMEA) Quality Retail Audit Coordinator to Lead & support Retail Audit Program across EEMEA Countries.

Conduct internal Audits of IMS & ISMS, Raise NCR's & Reported to MR & Auditee Functional Heads.

Deals with Customer Complaints related to Quality issues in product.
Any other work required related to quality control (quality awareness, training, kaizen).
