Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands,
grievances or other issues

Food for Site, Head Office & Labor Camp.
Third party resources management staff attendance, OT Details, Bills
Payments, Petty Cash Management and Training to Staff to fulfill requirements.
Collaborating with leadership on recruitment strategies, development plans,
Managing all HR-related tasks for a 100+ employee company, training and
boarding new recruits.
Assisting Managers/Department Heads in determining training needs and
working to find the best solutions to meet those needs.
Leading Last Mile Deliveries across the UAE.
Liaising with multiple teams such as Finance, IT, Product Development, Customer
Service for smooth operation.
Managing a fleet of 100+ 3rd Party Bike & Car Delivery Associates including
Driver’s Application Management.
Making reports- Daily Delivery Counts, Drivers Performance, 3rd Party Delivery
Performance, First Day Delivery Service Reports.
Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking,
packing, and shipping preparation.
Planning and Scheduling and route the orders for delivery to customers in line
with customer requirements, updating delivery details to customers.
Responsible for logistics operations, freight and carrier management as well as
supporting distribution channels.
* Consult with Customer Order Management Team to support customer’s
logistics requirement.
* Schedule and track inbound and outbound to ensure timely delivery of
products.
* Reconcile daily shipping data and pallet utilization report.
* Analyze /Monitor MIS reports and information critical for decision-making &
risk management.
Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and
stock levels.
* Coordinating with various Departments to ensure chargeable supplies are
charged accordingly.
* Communicating with various Departments about sales reports (Daily,
Weekly & Monthly).
* Manages with accuracy and adequacy all logistics negotiations and
coordination between all parties on site.
* Manage all systems, e.g. SAP and WMS to optimize inventory performance.
* Coaching Warehouse Team.
* Monitor the product aging report according to FIFO Inventory method and
to save extra carrying cost.
* Monitor the space utilization of warehouse to reduce the warehousing cost
per month.
* Monitoring return stock percentage with reverse logistics cost.
* Allocation vs. dispatch vs. receiving lead time comparison to maintain the
productivity of warehouse team.
Receiving & Shipping inventory in SAP
* Updating information in systems and managing records to reflect store
transfers, discrepancies, and damages to retain accuracy of store inventories
* Regularly conducts inventory and transaction checks
* Verify reports from various departments for accuracy/contradiction
* Ensuring product integrity by monitoring shipping & expires
* Investigating & resolving customer's complaints
