o Work with Executive of Planning and Budgeting section on Forward Cover calculation for Quarterly Project Status Report.
o Similarly, Work with Senior Office Finance of Oil Accounting Section and assist him in making invoices, Scheduling of invoice, comparison of Data received from Operational Department with Data of Finance Department.
o Work with Senior Officer Finance responsible for the management of CSR activities undertaken by ARL and assist him in booking payments, posting entries in Peach tree Accounting Software.
o Discussion with Executive of Budgeting and Planning Section on topic of financial modeling in MS Excel along financial instruments.
o Responsible for planning, execution and finalization of audits in accordance with firm audit approach.
o Pre-assignment planning including meeting with staff and clients.
o Involvement in suitable team selection with partner and managers.
o Orienting team regarding client expectations and industry knowledge.
o Planning work at individual team member level ensuring proper delegation, control and supervision.
o Resolving issues arising during the course the audit, if any or taking proper consultation from partner.
o Reviewing the work of audit engagement team.
o Review/prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
o Preparing agendas and attending final clearance meeting along with partner/managers.
o Getting the working papers review from partner.
o Finalization of deliverable to client.
o Advising client on improving their internal control systems by identification of risk areas and recommending strategies for reducing risk through preparation of internal control memorandums.

Brief Job Description:
o As an accountant, I have done bookkeeping (recorded transaction daily and weekly).
o Based on data recorded, I have prepared monthly accounts and performed comparison for controlling purpose.
o I was also involved in the preparation of quotations, invoices, and tax calculations.
o As far as tax calculation are concerned, I have worked on both income tax and sale tax.
o I have also worked cash area of AL asar traders which consist of recording of transactions and bank reconciliation.
o During my tenure I have managed relationship with customers, suppliers and banks and attended meetings with them.
I have submitted project (thesis) of BSC Hons in applied Accounting degree of Oxfood Brookes University. result will be announced in September. I expect to obtain A grade in this thesis.
I am ACCA Finalist (12/14) and I have given last two optional papers whose result will be announced in August 2015.
