Supervise all daily and weekly IT operations, procedures, report directly to District Manager
Design, Implement Preventive Maintenance for all IT hardware & software.
Manage additional responsibilities including troubleshooting, file back-ups, regular updating, and retrival of data, as and when required.
Checking daily back-ups, all system interfaces, Server hardware and logs.
Supervision of Data Processing Assistants.
Follow-up all claims that are being forwarded to IT Department.

Responsible for ALCATEL BTS Commissioning and its integration to the BSC \n Responsible for Operation and maintenance & trouble-shooting of BTS. \n Responsible for GSM KPIs, Worst Cell and Quality Issues \n Installation of Sectors and TRX (ALCATEL Equipment) \n Commissioning of SUMA Card (ALCATEL Equipment) \n Measuring VSWR and Clearing faults in Feder cable and Jumper through Site Master \n BTS Commissioning (Configure Microwave Links) \n Installation of STM1 Radio PASOLINK NEO (NEC Equipment) \n Testing of Installed Equipment.

Mobilized teams for Corrective Maintenance \n Quarterly Messaging & Emails to Client for Updating 475 sites of Telenor Operation & Maintenance Status. \n Ensure Reporter of SLA. Coordinate between Telenor & Huawei / ZTE on different job assignment. \n Assign duties to Trouble Shooter & Service Personnel on daily basis. \n Maintain Technicians-Supervisor & NOC (Network Operation Center) duty roster. \n Discuss and resolve the sites issues with Telenor NOC (Network Operation Center) Islamabad.
