Incharge QA/QC EPC Projects
• • Study FEED Documents to assess the scope of inspection and testing for bid submission.
• Optimization of cost of inspection and testing at project and proposal stage.
• Review material requisitions prepared by engineering w.r.t to inspection, testing and quality requirements at proposal and project stage.
• Review vendor quotations for compliance to FEED documents and project specifications.
• Inspection Management at vendor premises
• Ensure timely deputation of QA/QC resources for the projects.
• Implementation of SAP QM Module at Head Office and Project Sites.
• Implementation of company Quality Assurance and Control system throughout the phases of an EPC project
• Lead team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors for 3 EPC projects

• Review project specifications and develop project specific quality plans, PQP, procedures, ITP’s and WPS in line with applicable code and standards.

• To witness welder qualification test & maintain relevant documentation
• To verify and perform in process inspection (Fabrication/Welding)
• To estimate cost of NDE
• To perform inspection of incoming material
• To review MTC according to ASME Sec. II Part - A
• To witness mechanical and chemical testing of incoming materials
• To prepare site inspection reports and submit to Top management
• To review Inspection Data Manual after completion of Job
• To maintain work according to Quality Manual
