• Facilitating customers on priority basis and delivering best quality services;
• Making daily, weekly and monthly report of sales;
• Exploring best customer service practices and applying accordingly in the organization;
• Dealing with customers for the sales of different Dubai tours and activities;
• Guiding guests and giving them all information’s for the inquires;
• Doing spot sale and checking existing client’s tickets;
• Doing budgeted sales;
• Handling complaints and solving problems of the clients and taking steps for better services;
• Informing guests for changes in any tours booked;
• Dealing with office staff for making respected bookings for guests;
• Making sure daily targets to be achieved;
• Helping guests with proper information required about the city according to queries; and
• Execute any other direction given by the General Manager.
• Achieving budgeted revenues and department goals to maximise profitability;
• Ensuring selling strategies are adhered during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible;
• Recognizing and understanding market competition and trends and providing feedback gathered from direct sales solicitations, telephone calls, etc.;
• Generating and maintaining customers through sales calls, sales blitz, telephone calls and entertainment;
• Formulating corporate offer letters, contracts and any other required business correspondence.
• Developing and maintaining relationship with clients and guests to produce business, and promotes the brand image always;
• Establishing and maintaining files, data base of all accounts and assisting the Assistant Director of Sales and Director of sales and marketing in maintaining the accounts management system;
• Ensuring all plans and activities are implemented to achieve a successful strategy;
• Building and developing strong and productive relationships with business partners;
• Providing feedback to ADOS / DOSM on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, because of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in market areas;
• Attending major events in hotel and city as requested by Department Head; and
• Executing any other direction given by the General Manager.
• Ensuring achieving of investment targets (self and team) assigned by the business and maximizing sales of investment Product (mutual funds, term finance certificate, Islamic certificate Sukuks, Pakistan investment bonds, and Bancassurance) to increase overall profitability of the business for the bank;
• Directing and monitoring daily performance of sales team and conducting weekly huddles to provide an update on the market trend and performance of the products;
• Coordinating with branches and branch staff to generate referrals for sales and conduct joint calls to potential clients for investment business generation also ensuring that all branches are adequately equipped with sufficient sales tools, i.e. marketing collateral, sales scripts etc.;
• Assisting business team in organizing trainings and seminars and ensure maximum attendance by channel; and
• Offering best customer services to the customer while handling complaints related to investment service and provide in time resolution and keep proper track record of investment deals.
