Testing, Deployment, techno functional support of an ERP:
Scope: Systematic functional perfect and bug less payroll generation and user information retrieving saving
sending using as catalyst for any type of audit or reporting.
Modules: HRMS system, Time management system, Payroll, some financial modules.
Tested Dependencies of every module over another, Complete time to payroll chain management via biometric
device, Subscription of thumb prints, employee staff timing scheduling, duty roasters, marking
absent/present/On leave/OS policies. Leave/loan application processing. Pf deductions tax slabs
entitlements etc.
QA/Testing Strategy: Started from the machine hardware through thumb verification then time
management system reporting of proper timing in regard of timely manners with scheduled team and their
timings. Then to Employee Info in HRMS proper elevation of employee info from this form to the reporting
system. After successful generation and Stress, load, boundary, Min Max black and white box testing,
Started working on Payroll modules. Verify the dummy leaves applications their dependencies on time
management and in Leave accounts, same as with Loan application processing and dependency on salary
slip of an employee.
Bank salary letter which application issues must be perfect after the Loan, PF, EOBI, Salary Tax deductions.
