Emirates European Hospital is a new premium 20-bed one day surgery hospital, the east coast's largest and hospital to comprise of 100% first class private rooms. The hospital has a fully-fledged Emergency department, ICU, O.T, providing In and outpatient services. The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic equipment such as an Open MRI, CT scanner, mammography, a suite of ultra-Modern laboratory facilities, 4D ultrasound.
Key Responsibilities:
□ Performed corrective and preventive maintenance medical equipment, safety instructions and technical support for clinical staff.
□ Performed a scheduled analysis of the critical care equipment preventive maintenance plans, part forecasting.
□ Reviewed medical equipment hazards, alerts and recall and took the necessary measures to ensure the affected equipment is tested or removed from service, according to FDA, ministry of health safety notes
• Liaison with sales and application team and end users in order to solve ongoing issues
• Responsible for conducting training sessions for the new users.
• Responsible for inventory management of stocks
• Fellow up of the customers, Managed hassle free customer support, Provide satisfactions to the End user.
• Working to enhance the sales and resolve Application issues of Customers.
• Play vital role in the tender participation.
• Enhancing market shares and strengthening customer portfolio to achieve significant growth
• Liaison with sales and application team and end users in order to solve ongoing issues
• Responsible for conducting training sessions for the new users.
• Responsible for inventory management of stocks
• Follow up of the customers, Managed hassle free customer support, Provide satisfactions to the End user.
• Working to enhance the sales and resolve Application issues of Customers.
• Play vital role in the tender participation.
• Enhancing market shares and strengthening customer portfolio to achieve significant growth
• Maintain all parts inventory for regional.
• Try to best teach our technical staff at learning stage.
• Follow up of installation and maintenance activities on immunoassay &Chemistry Analyzer.
• Follow up the hole regional activities.
• Provide customers services on their requirement and follow up the schedule service.
• Arrange customer operational trainings for the grip on instrument.
Projects: Installed and train Engineers and Technicians and Paramedical Staffs according to medical standards about following equipment:-
Infant Incubators, Defibrillators, Ventilators, Infusion pump, Cardiac Monitors, X Ray Machines, Ultrasound Machine, Laboratory Equipment and OT Room equipment.
