cladding, curtain wall fixing, and passive fire protection on different building and infrastructure projects.

Prepare technical and material submittals and pre qualification packages for approval, making sure the materials
and systems match the project specifications, drawings, and codes.
Give on site technical support to contractors and consultants, and suggest better compliant solutions that are
easier to build, last longer, and cut down rework and waste.

Projects: Construction of Sector 11, Al-Adl District, Old Makkah-Jeddah Road
Supervised the construction of municipal sewage networks, including excavation, shoring, dewatering, pipe laying,
manhole construction, and backfilling, as per the approved drawings and municipality requirements.
Checked pipe alignment, invert levels, gradient, compaction, and concrete works, and raised WIR and MIR for
consultant approval while keeping proper QA/QC records.
Verified setting out and levels against the survey control, reviewed shop drawings, and kept the as built records
updated for handover.
Prepared daily progress and quantity reports, and worked with the consultant and site teams to solve technical and
site problems.
Supervised landscaping work at King Abdulaziz Park, coordinating hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and underground
utilities.

Managed multiple project sites simultaneously across Al Hasa, Abqaiq, and Dhahran, coordinating several
work crews and resources concurrently.
Planned and carried out waterproofing works as per the approved schedule and Aramco standards, and got
the work approved at client inspection.
Supervised the QA/QC steps for waterproofing, including surface preparation, membrane application, and
water tightness testing, and kept inspection records to avoid rework.
Managed the fabrication and erection of steel parking shades across three JHAH multiple sites,
coordinating the crews, material delivery, and site readiness.
Worked with Jhohn Hopkins Aramco Healthcare cleint for inspections, closing of NCRs, and project
handover documents.
Led and coordinated multiple multidisciplinary site teams, allocating manpower and monitoring daily
productivity and progress.

DUR VILLAS RIYADH
Supervised the civil works for the villas, including excavation, grading, foundation, RC works, and site
development, from setting out up to structural completion.
Coordinated with precast suppliers on shop drawings, delivery, and erection, and checked that precast
elements met the specifications and tolerances.
Led the site crews, arranged the manpower, and tracked daily progress against the construction program.
Reviewed submittals and shop drawings, followed up on budget and schedule, attended client meetings,
and made sure HSE rules were followed during fabrication and erection.

Project: OHWT, UG & rooms at DHA Phase-II & Phase-V, Islamabad
Supervised the construction of overhead water tanks, underground tanks, and tube-well rooms, including RC and
water-retaining works, while keeping quality and safety in check.
Prepared estimates, quantity take offs, and project plans for budgeting and cost control, and processed IPCs to
make sure subcontractors and suppliers were paid on time.
Designed and improved the water supply network using EPANET, EPACAD, and AutoCAD.
Managed the site teams against the approved schedule and coordinated with client, contractors, suppliers, and
residents.
