 Joined startup team of the Gulf’s first carrier neutral subsea cable operator, worth over half a billion dollars and helped develop and implement various systems/departments, including Operations, Marketing, HR and Legal
 Represent company at key industry events, promoting brand and raising awareness
 Help research and identify methods of maximizing revenue streams and new markets, preparing forecast reports with appropriate timelines
 Assist in the development of financial health reports of company for senior management based on present and forecasted income streams
 Work on Budget models, CAPEX and OPEX leading towards the best allocation of staff and resources
 Developed internal workflows and marketing channels, both online and offline - including websites, social media/Wikipedia pages, press releases and company branding
 Successfully launched company in an industry record time of two years
