My services to Wajda includes Business Development of Wajda in Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and UAE stations by developing Joint Ventures, Distributorship agreements, Tendering, Contracts and achieving sales targets. In addition to that I am to prepare, submit & follow-up all responses to Tenders, Bids and RFP/RFQ for Ooredoo, VIVA, Zain, Huawei, Ericsson, NSN, KOC & all requested opportunities.
Other responsibilities included market research for requirement of products and solutions in the telecom sector, acquiring suppliers and sales of products & solutions, Identify, analyze and research potential strategic opportunities. Formulate and recommend business opportunities, strategy, tactics, and policy for the company. Main Achievements include achieving sales target, Local Agency Agreement with ZTT Cables, Ramboll Towers and numerous other suppliers, Successful qualification of Wajda as supplier at KOC, Wireless Import License from MOC and MOD Registration.

• Preparing Technical & Commercial Proposals for all kinds of RFQ/RFPs in Middle East.
• Formation of Fiber Optic Department.
• Sales of products and Achieving Annual Sales Target.
• MOC & Customs Clearance of international consignments.
• Dealing with all international suppliers for Procurement of material and concluding Local Agency/Distributorship Agreements.
• Research and Testing of new Telecom solutions to Operators in Kuwait.
• Attend Exhibitions and Market Research for products.
• Project Coordination (BSS) including MW commissioning, integration, testing and acceptance of Ooredoo Project.
• MW & BTS Commissioning & Integration and Acceptance of Huawei-VIVA Project.
• Managing Drive/Walk Testing for Ericsson-Ooredoo & Huawei-Zain Projects.
• Pre-Qualification procedures for Government Authorities, Oil & Gas Fields in Kuwait.
• Tendering for ministries through CTC, KOC & KNPC.
Ericsson has provided me the platform to work as an RF planning & Optimization Engineer which provided me the opportunity to perform planning and optimization of indoor and outdoor sites using a vast range of solutions. During my tenure at Wajda we have successfully implemented 3G data off-load to Wi-Fi. Coverage enhancement using MCPA, Site Optimization using the BTS Hoteling Solution. Key responsibilities includes SSV preparation, Planning Proposals & Optimization Reports. Main contribution towards Ooredoo Ericsson Project.
Job Responsibilities
• Research and Testing of new Ericsson network solutions at Ooredoo R&D Center.
• Optimizing new On-air sites, and Preparing Site On Air Reports (TEMS Investigation Tool)
• Performed Active Set, Monitored Set & Detected Set Analysis.
• Neighbor optimization and preparing neighbor scripts
• Blocking on day to day basis and resolving problems of cells having high drop percentage
• Frequency planning using Piano.
• Checking HSDPA & HSUPA speeds before & after implementing new features required for customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the KPI’s after installing DRD’s (Load DRD & Service DRD)

The primary sphere of function of this department is to manage, maintain and continuously improve all aspects of Network Performance and its impact on customer experience. My functional responsibilities were: Monitoring end-to-end Network Performance. Identification, follow-up and resolution of degradation/Points of Failure which may impede Service Quality. Reporting of Indicators, KPIs and Network Traffic to the Management. Daily Wireless (2G, 3G & LTE), CPU SPU Utilization & Weekly End-to-End Network Reporting to VIVA. Maintaining Daily degradation Journal for VIVA. Monitoring the performance of Sites after any change in the network (Cell Level to BSC/RNC Level).

• Responsible of Wireless EOT Daily Network Performance Report.
• Generation of LTE ERAN Daily/ Weekly reports for customer interface.
• Responsible for weekly CPU Report with Analysis.
• Responsible for E2E Weekly report.
• KPIs Monitoring for Whole 2G & 3G Network after MDT with the benchmark.
• Support RNO for the Generation of MOS Reports.
• Reporting degraded cases and worst cells to Customer for suitable action to resolve.
My Job responsibilities at WAJDA as Telecom Engineer were commissioning, integration, walk-tests, site surveys, site acceptance and link/microwave configuration. In addition to that I used to prepare TSSR, FSSR, PAT Folders, IBS Designs and all responses to RFP/RFQ for Wataniya, VIVA, Zain & Huawei. Main contribution towards VIVA-Huawei and Zain-Huawei Project. Market research for requirement of products and solutions in the telecom sector, acquiring suppliers and sales of products & solutions, Identify, analyze and research potential strategic opportunities. Formulate and recommend business opportunities, strategy, tactics, and policy for the company. Main achievements in my job role include successful registration at Ministry Of Communications and Ministry Of Information, sale of Broadband Repeaters and Camouflage solutions to Zain Kuwait and Agency Agreement with Calzavara S.p.a. and Comba Telecom.
