Welcome greeting with guests arriving at the hotel
•Deal with the guest’s luggage
•Distribute the morning newspapers
•Parking the cars for in house and outside guests
•Prepare the transportation pickup and drop off airport sheet every day
•Handle and keep guests’ luggage in a safe and secure, organized and systemized way.
•Handling all messages, mail and parcels for guest and staffs make sure they are delivered at the proper time with record in information in logbook.
•Instructions, especially when operating the machines and equipment.
•Behave at all times in such a way as to avoid accidents.
•Ensure that all front doors and stores belonging to the department
•Is familiar with the ‘special rooms” (for those suffering from allergies and for disabled persons), is able to point out their special features to the guest and is able to operate all the equipment for assisting the disabled.
•Is able to provide information on the product range offered by the hotel, and give information on restaurants and attractions in the immediate vicinity.
•Stay, through to departure, and to adhere to service brand standards.
•Responsible for ensuring that the lobby appearance is presentable not only hotel guest and so with the public.
•Deals promptly, professionally and pleasingly with incoming calls taking every opportunity to getting the full benefit by suggesting hotel service to guest.
