Implementation of Internal Regulations, MSF Policies and procedures
Maintains and prepares all personnel-related records and files, ensuring all information on each
staff member is up-to-date and accurate.
Focal point for administering all staff leave entitlements and maintained.
Provide in-house training and workshops
Prepare payroll on HOMERE
Assist in disciplinary and resignation process
Assist in the recruitment process (preparation, publication, reception, tests, interview, induction
and probation evaluation)
Focal Point for supporting the segment with preparing different HR reports
Solving employees grievances and MSF-HR representative to EOBI
Maintaining payroll information; collecting, calculating and entering data
Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies
Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions
Provide staff orientations
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process
Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues
Maintaining HCM (ERP) system Overtime, Leaves, Shift Schedule and Attendance
Maintain employees recodes
Taking care of Advances and Loan issues
Processing Employee Benefits, Increment & Final settlement
Generating Monthly Reports (Hand-set Issuance, Employee Summary, PSO & Mobile Bills)
Reporting attendance - TIS & SQL Server & assigning employee’s cards
Lead generation, telephonic survey, completing sales cycle, follow-up, closing.
Collect data, verify information, send bills, reports and other documents on the other party request, resolve liens, and settle cases.
Filtering, arranging, and listing clients at dealership department. Get briefing, questioning and making report on account, marketing, finance, and information system management departments.
We have to write thorough informational report on procedures and activities take place to run the day-by-day work. And must have business study background and understand the way to conduct business responsibility.

I have successfully completed Bachelor in Business Administration program with the concentration in marketing. I have written thesis on "Effects of Price and Non-Price Competition on Consumer". And I have also completed project in Mass Communication course namely "Mirror" magazine by winning sponsorship, plus my participation in different seminars and extra curriculum activities give me additional skills and knowledge, which ultimately help in my professional career.
