Network Support

• Manage Server 2008(AD & DHCP), Exchange server 2010.

Backup
• Monitor Backup through Symantec Backup Exec on TAPE Drives & SAN Unitrends.

• Share Drive backup weekly, daily & monthly.
Virtualization
• Monitor Virtual machine VMware ESXi 5.0 & Hyper-V running on Server 2008.

Help Desk Support
• Responsible for daily support to back & front office around 75 users.
• Manage Inventory on Helpdesk.
• Manage License (Renewals).

• Providing first/second level technical support in identifying and troubleshooting LAN/WAN problems.
