Qatar Foundation (QF) is a not-for-profit organization where centres and programs focused on education, research and innovation, and community development intertwine for the benefit of Qatar, and the world.

I am implementing a comprehensive quality management framework in Qatar Foundation, where I am taking initiatives to engage business and ensuring as the best practice of quality management is in place to ensure the best outcome. I have implemented a solid framework of quality assurance through a well-maintained documentation, engaging third parties to ensure as they are delivering as per our processes and procedures.

Waterstones began in 1982 under the aegis of its founder, Tim Waterstone. Over the decades that have followed, we have grown to become an icon of the British cultural landscape, employing over 3000 superb booksellers across over 280 bookshops.

Waterstones was going through a Hugh transformation of the major project where existing warehouse solution which is based on SAP and IBM 400 series will be replaced with the Blue Yonder warehouse management solution. This requires migration and upgrade to the warehouse solution processes. My key duties include Test Strategy, Test Planning, Stakeholder Management along with resource, defect, and daily report management. I am responsible for the end-to-end solution testing delivery of the project.

I have joined Secure Trust Bank PLC as a Test Lead/Manager and worked on a code and data migration project of their major application. This role required lots of challenging as I had conducting UAT and liaising with Third parties who are our suppliers and along with them STB IT department to ensure as all defects/issues/risks get raised and resolved at the appropriate highest standard.

Furthermore, I have also brought Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (Automation tool) into the transformation programme, and this has been successful to achieve our goals more effectively and in timely manners. I have vast experience of interacting with third parties API and consuming them in our platform. I also have hands on experience on using SoapUI and Apache JMeter for performance testing. I also implemented automation testing framework.

I have worked on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), IDD and many other IT projects. My responsibilities include management of System integration testing, conducting UAT, liaising with business on daily project meeting informing key stakeholders about the issues and challenges. Within Police Mutual I have implemented an Automation framework for the digital solution by using selenium.

Coding in Microsoft server management studio and where needed created stored procedures and embedded into SSIS/SSRS packages. A good and thorough working knowledge of data flows from source to destination through different ETL packages.

I worked as a part of P2P Testing team at Barclays which used Agile Methodologies. My role in Barclays involved testing Smart phone applications which is Barclays Pin-git Software. My duties were:
Executing Test Script in HPQC.
Raising and Assigning Defects to Developers.
Performing Regression Testing.

ASDA was founded in the 1960’s and is one of Britain's leading retailers. I have worked as a lead analyst in multiple projects and have successfully delivered the quality software product into the production. My duties were:
System integration testing to ensure as each component works as per the define criteria.
Raising and Assigning Defects to Developers.
Defect triage meeting where prioritizing defects as per the priority.
Raising CR where required if not covered and cannot be delivered as part of release.
