Working as HSE Supervisor in the company where my responsibilities are as follow;

Establishing core Occupational Health and Safety Plans and Procedures as company context and ISO Standards.

Support the Site management to implement the HSE standards and management systems.

Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate safety and environmental system procedure and provide for their updating in line with changes in legislation.

Assists the Project Management & Execution team in their dealing with clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work.

Carries out incident and accident investigation and identifying trends and suggesting improvement plan.

Perform Risk Assessments and ensuring that new or hazardous tasks are risk assessed and closely supervised.

Providing and compiling the Occupational Health & Safety plans and procedures for new bidding projects

Conduct monthly inspections, Permit to Work audits and quarterly audits of camps to ensure the compliance.

Monitoring activities, identifying any safety non-conformance and ensuring that remedial and preventive actions are taken.

Carries out Sub-Contractors Safety Audit.

Prepare the consolidated company monthly safety reports.

Maintain and control all safety documents and records.

Conduct monthly inspections, Permit to Work and assist in audits of camps to ensure the compliance.

Monitoring activities, identifying any safety non-conformance and ensuring that remedial and preventive actions are taken.

Carries out Sub-Contractors Safety inspections.
