METHANE REFORMING SECTION
• Currently Training on Yokogawa DCS for Panel Operator
• Well Head Natural Gas Receiver and Compression Section.
• Desulphurize; To remove organic/inorganic Sulphur from feed gas using NiMo and ZnO as catalyst. Pig receiver for Sludge Removal
• Foster Wheeler Furnace induced draft Primary Reformer (Furnace) of terraced wall design.
• Shift converter Reactors, having Johnson Mathey catalyst, for performing of water gas shift conversion to expedite CO2 removal system.
• Adiabatic Pre Reformer, recovery of heat from convection section and giving the reforming reaction up to 25% decreasing load on furnace.
• Secondary Reformer, new design Johnson Mathey burner methane outlet
slips up to 0.4%
• Thermosyphon Boiler, 885 & 585 psig steam generators with capacity of 370 & 320 kpph.
• Molecular Sieves (De-Hydration and Oxides Removal Unit)
• Chemical Handlings K 2 CO 3, V 2 O 5, DEA, NaOH, H 2 SO 4, NaHOCl, NH3 etc.
