Material Handling, Logistics, & stakeholders manager

à Maaden Waad Al shamal Phosphate Company
Lieu : Arabie Saoudite - Jeddah
My mission is to strive and work hard to add value as a team member in Mega projects and strategic companies that will contribute to Saudi Arabia's economy growth, create more jobs, bring the know how to the kingdom.

It happens that I have been given the chance to participate in building new companies and Mega projects, given that chance to start from initiating stage of these projects, design them, wither in FEED or detail design and be at site to the tail end of construction and commissioning stages, moving to operation and straggling with teething issues and ramping up operation to the design nameplates.

I am glade to work in Saudi oil, petrochemicals, government as well as Mining fields.

Glade to work as interface manger during Waad Al shamal project which was the first project in kingdom to be approved by council of minsters as a national project, from its early stages, and working with our partners and stakeholders toward same goals and benefits of this strategic program for the kingdom, learning from each other’s as organizations and individuals in a very positive atmosphere .

Luckily, I am still holding the hat of stakeholder management along with my task as operation manager and lately as deputy director for Sulphuric Acid Plant, Power Plant, Utility Plant along with Material handling plant (Deputy director for Downstream Plants ). That’s gave me the chance to be a team leader for couple of strategic contracts like Rail transportation agreement, Power Supply as well as Sulphur, Diesel, Crude Oil, Sale Gas Supply agreements.

Forming multinational teams and leading those teams all from legal, procurement, business planning, as well corporate strategic units to achieve strategic tasks and goals.

I am Experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the mining & metals industry, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Power Plants. Strong operations professional with an EMBA focused in employee empowerment from PMU.
