in MBA i have been completed my thesis which topic is " The relationship between Training and Development and Organizational Development". in which we take 5 elements of T&D and also Take 5 elements of OD. for thesis we make 2 questionnaire's one will base on T&D and 2nd based on OD. We use 5 elements of both T&D and OD having same wattage for each elements. To fill these questionnaires we personally visit 15 organization in Lahore. Before thesis i did 15 days internship in Shukat Khnam Cancer Hospital Lahore. we collect funds to celebrate Eid with Patients.
having 3.29 CGPA. i did 3 months internship in National Bank of Pakistan Wazirabad.
