- Enhance regular end user interaction by conducting training on' work at height, rescue and confined space' for the active contractors across the region.
- Communicate product feedback to the principals with the focus on product and service improvement
- Ensure speedy resolution of queries and grievances, maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.
