Handling All types of Purchases for the company.
➢ Overlooking Stock Level in Inventory and commencing Inventory audit.
➢ Managing Imports of Raw materials and finished goods by preparing BOL, COO, AWB.
➢ Making new contracts with new vendors and making contracts with selected vendors
➢ Managing petty cash.
➢ Reconciliation of Suppliers Statement of accounts.
Handling Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Reconciliation of agents and cash and bank
statements with company accounts.
Posting of all types of vouchers.
Handling of day to day petty cash.
Making quarterly Profit & Loss statements.
Preparing income tax return documents.
I was responsible for Making Purchase Orders, negotiating with existing vendors and fixing terms and conditions with new vendors, dealing RMAs, managing Warehouse and overlooking all the procurement workings within my department.
Have to take 6 Classes a week of O Levels Business Studies.
Prepare and follow weekly curriculum outline and to do report for the coming week.
➢ Arrange Presentations to Students to demonstrate them how business studies can be implemented in industries
➢ Preparing daily work report of the School activities.
