• Prepare Proforma invoices, Commercial invoices, Packing lists.
• Create and verify shipping documents(Bill of lading) with coordination
with custom agent.
• Manage certificate of origin manage inspection(if require) and managing
insurance.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
• Coordinate with banks for all banking affairs regarding the import/export
like LC documents.
Manage transportation of goods

• Book cargo space with shipping line or airlines
• Plan shipment routes and schedules
• Track shipments and update clients
• Coordinate with freight forwarders
• coordinates with warehouse/field team and plan to shipment execution.
