• Supervised all QC activities for Section 2 of the 34km Southern Second Ring Road (SSRR), covering
approximately 17km of road construction including embankment, subgrade, sub-base, base course, prime
coat, tack coat, and asphalt wearing course.
• Raised and closed 27 NCRs and managed SOR documentation, ensuring full corrective action compliance
and consultant sign-off within agreed timelines.
• Witnessed and documented 200+ field density, slump, compaction, and concrete cube tests across all
pavement layers in accordance with MOT and ASTM specifications.
• Inspected utility works including stormwater drainage, sewerage networks, potable water pipelines,
manholes, and underground structures across the project corridor.
• Witnessed pressure and hydrostatic leakage tests for all underground utilities prior to backfilling and
consultant approval.
• Coordinated WIRs with the consultant and SRE to obtain timely inspection approvals and maintain
construction progress.
• Inspected reinforcement, formwork, and concrete placement activities ensuring compliance with ACI and
SBC standards.
• Prepared daily QC reports, as-built verification records, and maintained full quality documentation trail
throughout project execution.

• Supervised site construction activities across a 2-3km section of a 10km internal road development project, managing daily progress of 20+ labourers and 1 subcontractor team.
• Conducted daily site inspections verifying compliance with approved IFC drawings, method statements, and project specifications across all active work fronts.
• Coordinated daily progress, manpower, and productivity reports with the Site Resident Engineer (SRE), flagging delays and recommending recovery actions.
• Supervised reinforced concrete works including formwork, rebar installation, and concrete placement for manholes, culverts, and road structures.
• Monitored concrete quality through temperature checks, slump tests, and compressive strength cube testing, ensuring compliance with ACI standards.
• Led joint inspections with QA/QC teams and consultants to verify workmanship, close snag items, and resolve NCR and SOR observations on site.
• Managed subcontractor performance including work sequencing, quality compliance, and daily productivity against approved work programme.
• Ensured HSE procedures were followed during excavation, concrete works, and utility installations by coordinating daily with the site HSE team.
• Prepared daily site reports, maintained as-built drawing records, and tracked corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Maintained consistent site supervision and quality compliance over a 2-year project duration, supporting the project through to practical completion.

• Managed full QC cycle for infrastructure development works covering approximately 15km of road network and 500m+ of drainage, sewerage, and potable water pipeline installations across the project.
• Controlled earthworks quality including site clearing, excavation, subgrade preparation, and sub-base compaction, ensuring compliance with MOT specifications and approved ITPs.
• Supervised asphalt works from prime coat through to wearing course application, monitoring layer thickness, temperature, and compaction in accordance with ASTM standards.
• Inspected drainage, sewerage, and potable water pipeline installations including joint quality, bedding,
cover, and alignment verification against approved IFC drawings.
• Witnessed pressure and hydrostatic leakage tests for all underground utility networks prior to backfilling, ensuring zero failed tests on project handover.
• Monitored concrete quality through temperature checks, slump tests, and cube sampling and curing supervision, maintaining full traceability of test records.
• Inspected formwork and reinforcement for manholes, culverts, and structural works ensuring dimensional accuracy and compliance with ACI standards.
• Prepared and coordinated 100+ WIRs with the consultant team, achieving consistent first-time inspection approval rates and maintaining uninterrupted construction progress.
