Warehouse & logistics supervisor
The company is engaged in marketing sales of Tarpaulins, Shade netting, Gloves etc. and has warehouses for their inventory. The total covered area of the warehouse is approx. 22, 500 Sq ft.
I am attached with this organization for the last more than 3 years and following are the prominent liabilities which are being handled by me with extreme command, professional approach and confidence.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to handle warehouse operation, e.g. Stock receiving, material inspection, inventory and inventory report, material handling.
• Managing warehouse team, managing daily deliveries to customers and routine matters for smooth functioning overall.
• Maintaining product movement analysis value (sales) and quantity wise periodically.
• Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Develop accurate, consistent and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
• Manage the transfer of inventory between the various locations.
• Monitor operations and provide suggestions to improve efficiency of warehouse activity.
• Forecast future stock needs based on the company's replenishment policy.
• Shrinkage control, protecting the inventory from damage, loss and theft.
Also involves in local buying of different items from market to resale and to get batter margin.
Arranging export shipments and local deliveries.
Issuing LPO's to suppliers to get material in time.
The Company: - I had been serving this organization on different positions since 1995, Managed Local Purchase, Sales & marketing and transportation of company.
Area Sales Manager (BID)
Responsible for all trading sales activities in specific territory of Abu Dhabi, Al ain, Buraimi (Oman), & Dubai. Involves in trading sales of Bakery and confectionary ingredients (dry yeast; oil products, and other ingredients)
Responsibilities: • For developing the annual and monthly sales plan, Product, Volume and Value wise in consonance with the annual business plan.
• For SKU-wise forecast accuracy, Product availability, and Sales System productivity.
• To ensure range selling and productivity of sales calls.
• To administer the credit policy of the company and ensure collections within the specified credit limits.
• To ensure customer relationships and service levels in term of order fulfillment, frequency of service and complaints handling.
• For feedback & data capturing for new product introduction.
• To Identify and exploit market opportunities for spikes in sales volumes as also combat competitor activity through appropriately designed sales promotion activity in conjunction with the Marketing team.
• Target Market and clients were hotels, catering companies, Bakeries and other. (Bake shops, trading companies etc) in particular field.
• Directly reporting to the Executive director of company. Updating The Management about new products, Competitors activities in market, new products etc. to get batter decision for future planning.
• Further handling transport network of company.
