PROJECT NAME: FAKHEEH UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL ELECTRICAL DBs AND SMDB GLANDING INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING (Installation of the Electrical DBs & SMDBs, their testing and commissioning)
CLIENT: SPECTRUM CUBE LLC, SILICON OASIS - DUBAI
Roles and Responsibilties
Proactively engage in the designing, preparation of work schedules for the cable pulling, installation, testing
and commissioning of electrical panels at Construction sites and Oil and Gas Site locations as per the
specified requirements
Engage in daily Permit to Work authorization for working in oil and Gas at Star Energy OilTanking, and
Spectrum Cube LLC ensuring all required safety precaution for safe working are performed and execution
of daily progress as required by the client
Engage in the estimation, preparation of tender documents and proposals of control panels manufacturing,
LV switchgear equipment, junction Boxes and Glands for their installation and supply to clients
Directly engage in the installation of Electrical Distribution boards, their dressing, Glanding and terminations
as well as preparation of daily progress activity reports
Proactively engage in the installation of cable trays and GI Trunking for cable routing of all sizes for their
installation as per the project specification
Daily preparation and management of site workforce including supervision of the site work while keeping all line
Managers updated on the progress of the project
Preparation of Bill of Quantities from provided Engineering drawings and prepare quick estimates using the
available documents.
Conduct quality checks and complete quality check lists, with the QC team on works carried out to ensure that
the products meet client’s requirements and specifications.
Actively execute issued snag lists from consultants, oversee sub -contractors for various works, and monitor all
jobs for timely completion and compliance
Bid creation -Cable schedules for the Substation controls, protection, A.C & D.C, and power cables - Project Planning & Progress tracking using Gantt charts -Project Costing & monitoring -Quality Assurance and Control -Progress and Activity reports -BOQ generation and verification -Materials planning and reconciliation - Risk assessment and mitigation -Scope monitoring -switching up to and including 33kV -Operating up 132KVl Transmission line -Organisation of On-site and Office project meetings
