Facility:
➢ Construction Village Housing (CVH) of The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC)
Responsibilities:
➢ Managing a camp accommodation facility for TRSDC with capacity of 5, 092 resident.
➢ Manage the overall services provided within the facilities by having a manpower of 321.
➢ Managing multiple contractors assigned on site.
➢ Using best business practices to manage and reduce operation costs.
➢ Created a budget for various facility needs and expenses.
➢ Managing the maintenance of the camp by performing repairs or contracting maintenance services
as needed
➢ Managing the laundry, catering, security & civil defense operations of camp.
➢ Managing landscape, housekeeping, pest control & waste management.
➢ Managing move in/out process of tenants.
➢ Handling all on site procurement & HR issues and corresponding with head office.
➢ Providing TRSDC with energy consumption data monthly.
➢ Handling certain administrative tasks, such as preparing reports for TRSDC.
➢ Responding to emergency situations and other urgent issues involving the facility, escalating
timely updates to TRSDC.
➢ Submitting incident & root cause analysis (RCA) reports to TRSDC.
➢ Submitting weekly & monthly reports to TRSDC.
➢ Attending weekly meetings i.e., weekly progress meeting, HSE meetings, Security meetings &
Civil Defense meetings.
Key Achievements:
➢ Snagged the facility, timely submitted to client for de-snagging by contractor.
➢ Overseen the timely de-snagging of the facility by contractor.
➢ Successfully took the hand over from the contractor.
➢ Created a technical library of all handed over document such as As-built drawings, O&M manuals,
T&C reports, Warranty Certificates & recommended spare part list.
➢ Developed & submitted site specific SOP’s i.e., Housekeeping, Pest Control, Landscaping, Waste
Management, Laundry, Security, Hard services, that are approved by the TRSDC.
➢ Developed & submitted security, laundry, soft service, catering & hard services plans that are
approved by the TRSDC.
➢ Created & submitted all site-specific checklist that are approved by the TRSDC.
➢ Successfully received trainings on equipment by the contractor.
➢ Developed & submitted HSE management plan that is approved by the TRSDC.
➢ Delivering all services as per agreed SLA’s & all KPI’s without any implication.
➢ Delivering all services by using best business practices and reduced operation costs.
➢ Designed, developed & implemented the CAFM system of the organization.
➢ Initiated & implemented customer satisfaction surveys, data shared with TRSDC on regular basis.
➢ Initiated & implemented IOT’s for asset management and catering foot fall.
➢ Implemented COVID-19 precaution and took initiative of fighting COVID-19 by getting vaccinated

Responsibilities:
➢ Managing day to day operations and maintenance of all clients
➢ Strategically planning the maintenance and development of the building and provide clear and
concise project plans.
➢ Completing monthly building audit and produce a list of fabric and M&E faults with agreed
actions/cost plan.
➢ Working across the business to support all aspects of operational service delivery.
➢ Overseeing weekly venue operations meetings and ensure all requirements are clearly
communicated across the team.
➢ Reviewing and keeping the Business Continuity Plan and arrangements up to date, fit for purpose
and regularly tested.
➢ Ensuring security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
➢ Ensuring that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
➢ Handling general accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting.
➢ Overseeing and supervising the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are
performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.

Responsibilities:
➢ Complete daily H&S site checks and paperwork
➢ Proactive management of on-site cleaning team with logbook highlighting any issues
➢ Providing on board clean team for train
➢ Scheduling train cleaning on daily purpose
➢ Refilling Wastewater & Fresh Water Refill
➢ Complete Depot/Workshop
➢ Filter and Engine Room Cleaning
➢ Fuelling Train
➢ Ensure that all personal and departmental deadlines are met
➢ Responsible for promoting a professional image of the Company at all times
➢ Responsible for maintaining and complying with Company Health & Safety standards thereby
minimizing the risk to self and other persons,
➢ Manage all incoming Invoices to be processed on incentive CAFM system, ensuring all costs are
tracked against the budget
➢ Managed alterations, maintenance or reconditioning of facilities, as specified in the operating
procedures or management services agreement
