Vendor search & evaluation (Local & International) with regards to Quality, Scale of Business &
Operations.
Negotiating new orders to maintain supply & demand.
Monitoring process of order confirmation, goods packing, outlook & delivery.
Assuring product availability on time to meet desired Inventory levels in warehouse of each branch.
Coordinating with banks in order to handle import procedures & documentation of shipments.
Supervising all procedures of product clearance at Port including custom duties, lab, taxes & transportation.
Negotiating delivery matters with shipping lines in terms of freight & services.
Allocating stocks to other branches with effectiveness as per requirements & new markets opening.
Reducing the obstacles in Supply Chain with efficiency for achieving set goals.
Conducting regular Sales & Finance meetings to discuss International market fluctuation & forecasting, demand, new products and understanding local market trends.
Collecting quotations from suppliers with information about product availability & payment
terms.
Reporting to Manager about goods arrival and documentation in banks. Preparing food labels and artwork after approval in coordination with suppliers. Preparing vendor evaluation forms and sharing data with Management.
Maintaining record of contracts, artwork & logistics documents about each particular item.
Following goods arrival at warehouse by maintaining record of quantity, quality & damaged items.
