I am working as a draftman in a leading electric meter industry where i perform drawing work of old and new plastic parts in Solidworks and Autocad according to the their molds developement requirements.
• Design the die tools, jigs and gauges: Provide the complete drawings, List of required manufacturing processes and machines on merit base, specifications of machine the tool to be used on.
• Shortlist the die tools for dies preventive maintenance.
• Shortlist the die tools undergo too much corrective maintenance.
• Calibration of die tools, jigs and gauges.
• Work on production processes and planning controle.
• Motion and time studies.
• Operate (Programming) and maintain the cnc wire cut for die, jig and guage cutting also schedule the preventive maintenance of machine.
