• Ensure work front availability by concentrating on
1.Work support element(QA/QC documents, Work permits, etc)
2.Work execution resources(Manpower, E&P, Materials, etc)
• To deliver planned progress & efficiency in area and to ensure that all the relevant procedures including those for HSE & QA/QC are available for all the staff & properly followed.
• Concentrating on the original scope of work & to esure that extra work is properly identified and reported.
• Consultation of up coming work with area planner and ensure implantation of DSTS(daily schedule & time sheet)
• Maintaining Daily Diary, Daily Progress Reports and Budgeted and Earned Man Hours Record in terms of reports.
• Interdisciplinary co-ordination to expedite the work, co-ordinate with construction team in site.
• Provide Engineering and Supervision to site construction team, Planning and verify the resources like Manpower, Construction Equipments, Materials and IFC(Issued for construction) drawings etc earlier to scheduled activities in order to ensure the sequence of construction activities moves smoothly without jeopardizing set targets.
• Material reconciliation with client ware house.
• Monitor all works in progress and immediately notify the responsible Field Engineer, Supervisor or Foreman of any activity that may not be in accordance with project specifications.
• Carry out all inspections and tests as indicated on the appropriate Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
• Record all inspections and tests on the appropriate form or checklist, as indicated on the relevant ITP and sign off the same.
• Upon completion of satisfactory inspection, submit Inspection Request generated by Site/Field Engineer to Client staff and coordinate with them for completing such inspections.
• Ensure that any outstanding works or remedial work required is brought to the attention of the responsible Site/Field Engineer, Supervisor or Foreman.
• Prepare handover documentation packages as required.

• Responsible for leading a team responsible for detection and re-routing of underground utilities inside Qatar Radio and Television complex which included Electrical cables (11Kv), Qtel phone lines & Optical fibers, Irrigation line, drainage lines and main water supply lines.
• Responsible for six (6) Lift installations at site. Each Lift with the capacity of 7 persons. 3 stops. With machine room. Complying with EN standards.
• Responsible for all HVAC installation at site. HVAC installations included Packaged Type, Ducted Split ad Split Type air conditioners.
• Responsible for irrigation system on site. Irrigation system comprised of three (3) water tanks with capacity of 225m3 each. Irrigation system was divided into 3 zones. Each zone was connected to Doha central irrigation department via Motorola controllers. Irrigation system comprised of main line, lateral lines, drip irrigation, sprinklers installation.
• Responsible for execution of Drainage works for building. Works included all the drainage works inside the building in wet areas. Installation of drainage accessories inside the building. Testing of the entire drainage network partially and combined.
• Responsible for execution of drainage works on site development. Work included installation of surface water drainage pipes. Connected from gully pots to the main soak away pits. Testing of the pipes. Installation and hydro testing of all the ESVC lines.
• Responsible for execution of Plumbing activities inside the building. Work included all the plumbing works for cold and hot water network. Installation of Sanitary wares and accessories. Testing of the entire plumbing network partially and completely. Installation of water tanks and water pumps.
• Responsible for E&P department involving maintenance of existing equipment/plant and also purchasing new machines/equipments. Equipment included Generators, JCB’s, Cranes, Bobcats, vehicles, compressors etc.
Project Management Professional PDU’s Completed. (Test in progress) Primavera P6 Certified Operator. Pressure Relief Devices Course, Shell. Bonder qualification Test on GRE pipes from Ameron, Singapore. Mobile Crane Safety, CB&I, Qatar. Leadership Gold Certification, from ILM England, Qatar Chapter. Defensive Driving third party Certification. Complete safety trainings on 11 Life critical Activities from JGC & KBR.
