 Warranty Handling and coordination with PAG and PME.

 Being Assistant Manager-After Sales, I was responsible for all the warranty handling, goodwill management and technical support for new model cars. Worked on CRM and AS400 etc.
 I was mainly responsible for administrative and technical activities of Honda authorized 3s dealerships in the capital and north region and was the project engineer for projects like Honda authorized dealer development and customer relationship management.
 Another main responsibility was reporting to Japanese headquarters and working mutually with Japanese colleagues on the new issues related to manufacturing and aftersales.

Worked for almost 1 year on my final year master thesis. the topic was "Energy Conservation and optimization of Pakistan Tobacco Factory Jhelum". Worked on many projects i.e. Boiler optimization, wind turbine installation, cyclone design, conveyor belt motors optimization and energy calculations etc.
