Dear Sir currently i am working here as Recruitment coordinator. As a Recruitment coordinator my responsibilities mention below.
01: Shortlisting the candidates CVS according to job rules and responsibilities.
02:After successful shortlisting conduct interviews for candidates.
03; After that complete their documents as well as scanned and mail to relevant organization.
04: fallow up of candidates.
Dear Sir i have completed MBA in human resource management. According to Higher Education commission policy over degree is equivalent to M. Phill. Major Subject include : HRM IHRM SHRM Management
