Maintaining history of members, Adding daily vouchers,
Doing the typing work in MS word & excel.
Doing inspections of pledge and hypothecation,
Making reports of inspections and collecting payments.
Keeping check on pledged stocks, Sending daily reports of pledged stock to banks.
Making the total of ‘daily sales’ by checking the ‘Invoice’.
Recording it in a register & making the daily total sales, total cost of items sold, Total profit, Counting and calculating their items in the shop.
Sorting of chicks by ascending order, opening of accounts saving fixed current and basic banking account, online cash payment vouchers writing, checking the mail sent and received and noting it on the register,
To check the purchased items of the company, signing the document & recording it in the computer, Stock tacking of all the departments of company every month.
