• Supervise and coordinate contractors during preventative maintenance work on refrigeration units, chillers, plumbing, and any other available mechanical systems.
• Review of operation parameters of chillers, chilled water pumps, and heat exchangers on daily basis.
• Perform Quality assurance audit for PPM works performed on chillers, heat exchangers, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, and other ventilation fans.
• Ensure that all work orders were completed effectively and within an appropriate time frame.
• Co-ordinate with other departments like civil, safety, and design for smooth execution of work.
• Coordination with other discipline engineers/supervisors if required to complete work.
• Inspecting work to ensure compliance with technical/ operational standards and quality assurance processes for the services being managed.
• Provide technical assistance to sub-contractors department Engineers for technical problems concerned with installing, modifying, and repairing HVAC assignments.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives, managing execution, and measuring results.
• Identifying and deploying innovative ways in which technology can be used to continually improve services to the client and end-users.
• Review and maintain maintenance logs and budgets, and complete any documentation necessary to complete a task.
• Flexibility, including deployment on other projects, and tasks, within skill set, as required.
• Providing reports to respective engineers (Client-side) on a weekly & monthly basis.
• To verify and ensure that work is in line with approved drawings and method statements meeting the requirements of consultants and project specifications.
