Responsible for all on site contractors work inspection according
to submitted Request for Inspection (RFI) to JSDP.
My responsibilities under ground and above ground Piping with Man
holes and all Related civil work activities.
Also my responsibly concrete testing quality control.
Review Calibration Certificates, Concrete Batch Plant/Equipment Inspection, Concrete Ingredients Inspection for Transit Mixer, Fresh Concrete Sampling & Testing Inspection @ The Batch Plants, Plant QC Lab Inspection, Epoxy Coated Steel Bars and Embedded Items Receiving Inspection, Handling, Storage and Preservation of Epoxy Coated Steel Bars Inspection, Concrete Pump/Transit Mixer Inspection, and Reporting to QA/QC Manager and Plant Manager.
I inspected the activities like Form work, Rebar work, Concrete Pouring,
Concrete curing & Treatment for Pre-cast Elements.
Inspected buildings and structures in the process of construction or repair for compliance with all requirements of applicable ordinances and laws.
Monitor and ensure that a comprehensive record of documentation and certification of work is maintained and assist in the satisfactory handover of the completed project to the Client.
Ensure the field construction organization is monitoring the Quality of the work in accordance with the approved Site Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP’s) Method Statement.
Contractor’s staff are in receipt of the latest revision Approved for Construction (IFC) Drawings, Procedures Specifications, and Method Statement.
I am responsible to identify the Quality Problems and areas of non-conformity and to initiate, recommended and substantiate corrective actions.
The project consists of multi storied buildings up to six stories excluding Ground Floor and to facilitate about 1000 people. All the components of the building are Pre-cast from foundation to the top for example Wall Panels (solid & insulated), Stairs, Stair Landings, Columns, Beams and Hollow Core Slabs etc.. There are two administration blocks in the city having recreational facilities, mosque, hospital and admin & security buildings.
