Designated As Senior Executive.
Role: Managing the Facility with more than 1000 employees in the location. Ensuring contractual commitments are met in all respects & adhere to Satyam's well-defined process and procedures for various oferings. To Administrate and facilitate Workplace services like Security, Maintenance, Dispatch, Housekeeping, Pantry and cafeteria requirements. Responsible for establishing and overseeing safety standards at all Bangalore ofices. Part of the BCMS (Business Continuity Management System) Team as a BC Force Team Member and responsible for Personnel Security. Interacting with various vendors for Annual Maintenance Contracts; coordinating and supervising all routine / preventive maintenance activities. Processing vendor bills and coordinating with statutory authorities for inspections, licenses & permits. As a Certified Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001& ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) was actively involved in getting a certification for one of our Facility.
Highlights: Part of the BCMS (Business Continuity Management System) Team as a BC Force Team Member. In charge of the Physical Security at Bangalore and being actively involved in Risk Assessment exercise at all Indian locations.
