major compliance milestone
• Supervised yard development, ballast laying, track linking, OHE coordination, and station
building finishing works
• Prepared measurement books, billing documentation, IPC applications, and variation order

• Coordinated directly with Railway Division officials, CRS inspection teams, and third-party
quality auditors
• Managed team of 80-100 skilled, semi-skilled workers and 5-6 sub-contractors simultaneously
