Construction Supervision and Technical oversight 11.6 km P005 part of Doha Expressway, Dukhan (East Highway) -Khalifa Avenue - Responsible for construction Supervision of, 5.5 Km long U- shape Cut & cover underpass, 900m underground cut & Cover tunnel submerged with water and 2 three level Interchange including iconic Bani Hajer free flow I consisting three Post Tensioned flyovers in arch shape of span length 60-70m twin cell box girder, 3 underpasses and loops and 4, multi-level underpass of length 3.2 km in Gharrafa street. Also responsible for the execution of 9.7 Km Micro Tunnel of 2400 mm dia. Micro tunnel works includes 14 access shaft of dia. 6m and depth varying from 15-25m. Duty includes checking of design for dewatering system, waterproofing installation and quality control, Shop Drawings for all structural civil works including Wet & Dry utilities, Checking and approving Formwork design &drawing, Prestressing works and grouting, bar bending schedules, scheduling and coordination of activities at site. Arch shape bridge is faceted
with Corten Cladding, Louvers and artificial greens supported by huge steel structure frames. Time & Resource management, Prepare Project material procurement schedule and monitor throughout the project cycle, Modification of drawings. Review and approval of contractors Request for Inspection, Work Notification and construction method statements. Ensure the execution of works complete concrete related civil works of the project as per QCS 2014 and Project Specifications, maintaining site records as per QA/QC requirements. Asstt QA manager in audits to contractor as structure experts. Checking testing and approving waterproofing system for the tunnel and underpass works. Coordinate with the Contractor, Client and PMC. Project Cost: 2.0 Billion US$
