JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Fit-up Inspection as per approved Isometric drawing prior to welding.
•Inspection of fabricated spool after welding.
•Sign inspection reports actually performed and take signature from the client inspector.
•Raising & closing the RFI s to Saudi Aramco Inspector by attaching inspection reports in time.
•Stage wise Inspection for piping as per ASME B 31.3 and B 31.1
•Assign at site inspection (SUNGCHANG E &C) control all inspection activities at site.
•Inspection of threaded joints.
•Inspection of Valve testing.
•Inspection of installation of valves.
•Inspection of internal cleaning of spools prior to erection.
•Inspection of storage & preservation of piping components & fabricated spools
•Inspection of flange parallelism for rotating equipment like pump, motor, compressor, etc
•Inspection of flange joint assembly, Gasket verification and bolt tightening.
•Review of test package.
•Witnessing of hydro testing & lay-up as per client specification& standard.
•Inspection of installation of flow elements like venturi, rupture disk, orifice plate, safety valves, etc… during reinstatement.
•Verification of reinstatement of piping system after completion of pressure test.
•Preparation of system punch as a part of pre -commissioning activity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•*Surveillance and witnessing of daily construction activities as per ITP.
•*Monitoring all the welding, fabrication & erection related activities.
•*Review of daily welding reports.
•*Conduct toolbox talk for Welders and fabricators
